Global Tier is division of Restaurant Technologies, Inc., an Inc 500

deliver equipment monitoring and operational performance indicators,
alerts, and analytics to users in a variety of vertical markets with one or
multiple sites using web-based services and a subscription fee model. In
2002, Global Tier launched the RTI TOM dashboard now serving more

Global Tier was founded in 1999 by Matthew Jennings, whose vision was to help businesses
optimize their IT investment by ensuring all initiatives begin with a clear business

serving more than 200 customers, Global Tier observed a market need to monitor
and collect data from equipment vital to operations. This observation led to the
