GT7™ Methodology: One strategy, comprehensive solutions.

Our approach is simple: we listen, then analyze, using our patented GT7™ Methodology, a seven-step scalable process that covers all aspects of system development.

Here's how the methodology works:

GT1 - Discovery.
We begin by analyzing your business and industry, then present a range of solution options. We look at new opportunities for growth in order to differentiate your business and redefine the value offered to your customers.

GT2 - Requirements.
This looks at your business processes and technical requirements and the timeline to implement.

GT3 - Design.
We'll design the application according to your requirements. If necessary, you'll receive a prototype view for usability testing.

GT4 - Development.
This is the nuts and bolts, where we develop source code and test cases. During this phase we also define and initiate the migration plan and develop training plans and materials.

GT5 - Testing.
Is the application everything you expected? We'll find out through a testing program that puts your plan into motion. Systems Integration Testing ensures the application meets all technical requirements. The User Acceptance Test ensures the application meets expectations in functionality and usability.

GT6 - Deployment.
The development activity is complete and we recommend a beta test of the actual application with a small group of end users. After the full-scale launch, our team stays actively involved to ensure your long-term success.

GT7 - Operations.
Deployment can occur in your environment or outsourced through our Data Center. Once deployed, we'll ensure that your system operating at peak performance and meets all service level agreements—through a complete documentation of the system from an operational perspective. This provides your team with peace-of-mind that the system will operate without service interruption. This phase also includes contingency planning and training for disaster recovery.
