In addition to serving as CEO and directing the firm, Jennings works directly with clients to define business problems and opportunities and shape the development of a technology-enabled solution.
Prior to founding Global Tier, Jennings worked for nearly 10 years with the Minneapolis office of Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Jennings developed strategic business plans and created the infrastructure for a wholly owned subsidiary. As Financial Services Manager for Accenture's Enterprise Business Services, he was responsible for strategic planning and development of new enterprise-wide solutions for Accenture's clients in the financial services industry.
Jennings has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He received his B.A. in Business Administration and Manufacturing Engineering from Valparaiso University.
Dave Barczak-General Manager

Dave Barczak serves as the General Manager of Global Tier's Device Management and Data Collections business unit. Dave is responsible for driving all aspects of Global Tier's mission to be a recognized leader of device-driven analytics that facilitate operational excellence.
Prior to Global Tier, Barczak was Executive Director of Business Development for a leading manufacturer of serial-to-Ethernet connectivity products and programmable serial device servers. He worked directly with the company's founder to develop a new business unit responsible for delivery of device management solutions to vertical markets, including convenience-petroleum retailing, quick-serve restaurants and grocery stores.
Barczak also brings an additional 17 years of technology sales, marketing and management experience with Norstan and Motorola.
Barczak holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University-Wisconsin at LaCrosse and has completed several graduate level courses through St. Mary's University Masters of Telecommunication Graduate Program.
